When designing this model we wanted to be bold. We thought Cape Coral was ready for something fresh and new. With sleek white contemporary floors with black and gray cabinets. Contemporary finishes like a free standing tub, wading pool sinks, contemporary doors and trim broke the traditional barrier to new home building in Cape Coral. Grey black with accents of yellow were used to achieve a glamorous contemporary look.
